Our Story

Building Communities with Purpose

Keystone Apartments was envisioned as a place where thoughtful design, sustainability, and connectivity come together to enrich everyday life. This modern five-story community features 74 well-crafted homes and vibrant ground-floor retail, all nestled in the heart of Delridge.

Our mission is to foster a welcoming, walkable neighborhood that supports both residents and local businesses—creating a space where people can live, connect, and thrive.

Our Journey

From Vision to Reality

Keystone Apartments was born from a simple idea: create thoughtful, sustainable housing that strengthens neighborhoods and enhances everyday living. Guided by a deep commitment to environmental design and community connection, our team set out to build more than just a place to live—we set out to build a place to belong.

Through ongoing collaboration with local partners and future residents, we’ve shaped a welcoming, pet-friendly environment designed to support creativity, well-being, and a sense of home.

As we approach our 2025 opening, that vision is becoming a reality—one grounded in inclusivity, access, and long-term impact.

Overview

Keystone Apartments is a brand-new five-story community rising at 9201 Delridge Way SW in West Seattle. Scheduled to open in 2025, the mid-rise will feature 74 contemporary homes above nearly 4,200 ft² of street-level retail, framed by a landscaped public plaza ideal for outdoor seating and neighborhood gatherings. The building combines warm exterior finishes with expansive windows and lofty interiors that soar to roughly 12 ft 6 in, filling each residence with natural light.

Connected living comes standard. A RapidRide H Line stop sits just steps outside the front door, whisking riders to downtown every ten minutes, while the West Seattle Bridge offers a quick drive to the rest of the city. Everyday errands are effortless at Westwood Village’s Target, QFC, fitness studios and services half a mile south, and weekend adventures start nearby at Roxhill Park’s skate bowls, “Castle” playground and sports fields or along the wooded Longfellow Creek Legacy Trail.

With a “Very Walkable” Walk Score of 84 and “Very Bikeable” Bike Score of 70, Keystone invites a truly car-optional lifestyle—pairing modern design, active recreation and seamless mobility at the gateway to West Seattle.
